TONE~Therapy offers each service as customized for your individual needs.  Whether classic Swedish strokes are needed to relieve stress and create emotional balance, or muscle  spasms are an annoyance and causing chronic aches, or maybe pressure points are needing to be released in reflexology, your session will be focused on you and leaving you feeling rejuvenated!

Therapeutic  Massage/ A customized blending of modalities and a blend of essential therapeutic oils, to aid in muscle ease, relieving chronic muscular pain, reducing inflammation, generating effective relief, and balancing the body's natural wavelength. Some modalities to be used, but not limited to the following; Trigger Point Therapy; Deep Tissue; Swedish; Herbal Back Pack; Stretching; Cranial Sacral Therapies; Reflexology; Muscle Alleviation ointment/ balm.    *Create your own A T M O S P H E R E  by invigorating your senses and adding  essential oils to your massage session.  Aromatherapy oils are fragrant oils extracted from natural herbs, flowers, and fruits to  promote physical and psychological well-being, which enhances the benefits of receiving a massage. Your complementary choice of Lavender, Eucalyptus, Sweet Orange, or Peppermint! 

 

Hot Stone Inspirational Therapy/ Hot river stone massage is  growing in popularity and is a great way to relieve stress, detoxify the body, improve circulation, and allow your muscles to melt away. Great during the fall and winter months or anytime your body needs to recuperate! We use unrefined coconut oil for this intoxicating session.

Pre-natal/Pregnancy Massage/  The expectant mother should be 14 weeks before receiving this calming one hour massage. Long, slow Swedish strokes will help with aching hip, low back muscles and neck tension for a better night's sleep. *Unscented organic lotion is used. (May request Lavender to be added for a deeper relaxing feeling).

One Hour (60m)  $135

Short Prelude Sessions/  Short on time? Schedule a quick and easy half hour or forty-five minute massage session for the neck and back or your legs and feet!  Most people carry stress in these areas and have limited time. This will be perfect to relieve the tension!
You never know, you might just relax and stay a little longer! We also work specific muscle groups for Sports or Orthopedic recommendations.
