7.  Yomassage with Tanasha 3 (60 mins)

 Price: $195.00 

Yomassage is a combination of both restorative yoga positions and massage therapy. Its components include breath, touch, and stretch with deep relaxation in a limited group setting. May also be used for individual sessions. Focus will be on upper body in the first session; lower body in the second and total body in the third. Should be scheduled within one to two weeks of each other for greater benefit.
