Lymphatic Massage or Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is an effective treatment to help stimulate lymph fluid that may be congested in the body and not able to move freely. Lymphatic massage plays a crucial role within the immune system.  It is a rhythmically gentle touch that works with the lymphatic system to remove waste. This treatment can help relieve symptoms of lymphedema.
